Arabkha Foundation for Sustainable Development announces the issuance of the official registration certificate No. (1SH2508032) by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers – Department of Non-Governmental Organizations. Pursuant to Law No. (12) of 2010, the official name has been amended from “Organization” to “Arabkha Foundation for Sustainable Development.”
Partnerships and Obligations: The amendment is purely formal regarding the name. The Foundation maintains all its existing rights, obligations, and ongoing partnerships without change.Official Adoption: The new name and registration number are hereby adopted for all official communications and dealings as of this date.
