A legal expert specializing in criminal law, Founder and President of Aarabkha Foundation for Sustainable Development, and a member of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate in the capacity of advisor. He has over 21 years of professional experience in public law, human rights, sustainable development, and the management of projects and community initiatives.
He is a PhD researcher in criminal law, focusing on alternative sanctions and the development of modern criminal policies. He actively participates in international human rights mechanisms, including the United Nations Universal Periodic Review sessions in Geneva.
