Arabkha Foundation for Sustainable Development, in partnership with the Iraqi Bar Association, conducted a specialized capacity-building workshop aimed at enhancing the professional capacities of lawyers and legal practitioners, focusing on strengthening their engagement with UN human rights mechanisms and international fair trial guarantees.
The workshop—facilitated by the Foundation’s Senior Advisor, Dr. Mohammed Turki Al-Obaidi, in the presence of Mr. Biro Al-Amir, Vice President of the Iraqi Bar Association, and Mr,Dashti Shwani, President of Arabkha Foundation—focused on equipping participants with international tools and methodologies to promote the rule of law and advance justice delivery.
