Organized by “Nesmat Ataa” and “Arabkha”NGOs, under the auspices of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and supported by “Qi” Company, the workshop focused on “Rights-Based Institutional Reform.” Participants from the judicial, security, and civil sectors deliberated on aligning Iraqi administrative systems with international standards to mainstream human rights principles within government policies.
